Chocolate Banana Muffins
2 ripe bananas * 1 cup flour * ½ cup cocoa powder * ½ cup sugar * 1 egg * ⅓ cup oil * 1 tsp baking soda * Chocolate chips
Ingredients You’ll Need
Step 1: Mash bananas smooth Mix in sugar, egg, and oil – good mix
Step 2: Squeeze flour, cocoa powder and baking soda Fold light until it is mixed
Step 3: Stir in handful of chocolate chips Optional: Reserve some to sprinkle on top!
Step 4: * Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) * Fill muffin cups ¾ full * Bake 18–20 mins
Allow muffins to cool slightly Ideal for sweets, snacks or breakfast
